non refundable booking fee

 

To secure your appointment, I require a £10 non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, payment is taken via the booking system.

 

appointment time

 

Please arrive at your appointment on time. If you arrive early, please wait until your allocated slot as I may be with another client, preparing for your appointment or even tending to personal matters. If you are late, please note that the time will come out of your allocation, which may result in less treatment time.

 

cancellation policy

 

I require at least 24 hours notice for any clients that need to cancel. If you cannot provide this notice full payment for the missed/cancelled appointment will be required. This policy is set as I would not be able to refill the cancelled slot in under 24 hours.

 

extra persons

 

Due to my insurance, children are not allowed. Also, because of the size of my treatment room, unless prearranged, friends and family members are not permitted during your appointment.

Please be aware I do not have a card machine therefore please arrange prior to the appointment you have cash. Or if you would prefer to bank transfer this must be done before the appointment as sometimes there can be signal issues and errors with banking apps.

 

lash hygiene policy (if applicable)

 

I’d like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.

 

infill policy (if applicable)

 

Due to the insurance and high quality of products I use, I will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance. If less than 40% of lashes are remaining I this will be charged at a full set.

Please note, if there are any issues with your eyelashes, this must be reported within 72 hours. Otherwise, after that time period, any infill work will be chargeable.

 

facial policy (if applicable)

 

Please arrive to your facial with no makeup or at least minimal makeup. Removal of any heavy makeup is time consuming and time spent may mean your treatment will need to be cut short.
